Adding New Users on Chief 360 Backstage

This is for new personnel who do not have a Chief 360 login.

If member already has a Chief 360 login please refer to “Requesting Access To Company”


1. Go to Backstage.Chief360.com

2. Click “Request Access”

3. Fill out the required fields. The Agency Keywordis provided by your Department Administrator




***TO BE COMPLETED BY ADMINISTRATOR***

1. Log into backstage.chief360.com using your username and password

2. Go to ADMINISTRATION > PERSONNEL > PENDING PERSONNEL


Here you will be able to approve anyone requesting access to your agency. Once you approve the user, an email will be sent to them with instructions to create a username and password

1. You should have received another email from Chief 360

***If you did not receive an email contact support@chief360.com***

2. Choose a username and password


This Username and password are used for the App and Websites
