These instructions are to have Chief 360 text messages act like phone calls, and bypass Silence/Do Not Disturb for iPhone Only as User

** To Be Completed By Personnel With Device**

1. After receiving a text message click on the number

2. Click INFO

3. Click CREATE NEW CONTACT

4. Input name of Agency/Channel

5. Click TEXT TONE

6. Select EMEGENCY BYPASS

7. Scroll down until you see RINGTONES and select your desired ringtone
