Agency Freinds

- Agency Friends is the sharing of data between multiple different agencies. The tabs to share are labeled. Incoming friends is who is sharing with you and outgoing friends are who you are sharing with. These can be edited per item per agency.

- To request to become Agency friend, click “Request friend To Share” and then put in the agency keyword that resides under Admin > Various Settings
