- Join Keyword: Key Word to share with personnel wishing to join your agency who already have a Chief 360 Login. Also used for Agency friends

- Default Status Choice: Used to set the Default Status choice for all personnel in agency. This is the status choice that will be set after a “Responding To” or “At Scene” times out.
